Hi All:

We will continue the course remotely starting
Tuesday 3/24. The main tools which we will use are
zoom and email. Please make yourself familiar with
the basics of zoom before the first remote class.
Connect a couple of minutes before the class starts.

The dates of the end of the term did not change.
Essentially, we have one week less than originally
planned. We will have zoom meetings TR 5-6:15pm in
lieu of regular classes. This note and other current
announcement are posted on the course page
https://www.cs.rit.edu/~spr/COURSES/CRYPTO/762.html,
at the point where we were before the break.

The remaining lectures will be mostly on EC and
signature schemes. Your projects will be presented
in zoom-classes: very briefly during the meetings on
3/31 and 4/2 (see revised schedule at term paper page
https://www.cs.rit.edu/~spr/COURSES/CRYPTO/termpap20.html,
and then 25 minutes each at the end of
April and in early May (to be scheduled).

The assignments should be submitted in pdf by email.
It can be a scan of documents produced by other means.
There will be two more assignments, excluding the one
due 3/26. The final exam will be take home, due during
the exam week.
