ABSTRACT

Generational theory describes four sequential types of generations, each with distinct attitudes and proclivities. Current students face problems including responsibility-taking, time management and focus as a result of their generation type. Background information concerning these problems is presented along with suggested techniques for more effective teaching in the face of these challenges.
