0I haven't heard of the short exact sequence of general fiber bundles, but can think of two possible alternatives: first one is, the category of vector bundles has natural notion of kernel and short exact sequence that is induced from the corresponding notion in the category of vector spaces. Or you may refer the exact sequence of based spaces that appears for example in the long exact sequence associated with a fibration or cofibration. – 2017-02-24
