See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_type.

I know that (2) and (3) are false. Notice that in the ordering of $\mathbb{Q}$, for any two given elements there are infinitely many elements between them. This property is not true of $\mathbb{N}$ of $\mathbb{Z}$.

I think that (1) is also false, since $\mathbb{N}$ has a least element and $\mathbb{Z}$ does not.

Are you saying that somehow you were told that 1) is correct, maybe in an answer key or something?2017-02-16
