I am doing a project on Waring's problem. I have studied some history of this problem. I have that found in 1909 Hilbert showed existence of $G(k)$. I have found a reference of it, but this paper in not in English . Could anyone provide me english version of this paper ? or some other proof of existence ?

0I suggest you rather start reading about the Hardy-Littlewood circle method. Any good book on that should include some slightly more recent results on $G(k)$ that go way beyond Hilbert. – 2017-02-01
