Let A be a 2x3 matrix in R. By definition, would the standard basis of the matrix be the following?

[1 0 0]  [0 1 0]   [0 0 1]   [0 0 0]   [0 0 0]   [0 0 0] 
[0 0 0], [0 0 0] , [0 0 0] , [1 0 0] , [0 1 0] , [0 0 1]
