Where can I learn more about the implications, meta discussions, history and the foundations of mathematics?

Is Russell's Introduction to Mathematical Philosophy a good start?

I have made my edit of the tags before you made your first edit, but it got accepted after, so it looks as if I've removed your "math-history" and "online-resources" tags. As clarified, that was not my intention.2011-04-02

One I would NOT recommend is Mathematics And Philosophy by Wittgenstein unless you want to know how to write hundreds of pages without actually saying anything.2015-11-14

Searching 00A30 (Mathematics Subject Classification) in MathSciNet or zbMATH gives you a big list of books published within about half-century.2017-09-11
