Final conditions:
$p_{11}(5)=1$ $p_{12}(5)=0.5$ $p_{22}(5)=2$
Another way to express this system of equations is:
$f'(t)=4g^2(t)+4g(t)-2$ $g'(t)=-f(t)-g(t)+2h(t)+4g(t)h(t)-3$ $h'(t)=-2g(t)-2h(t)+4h^2(t)-5$
Where
