I'm just stuck while trying to get $E = f(T)$ as $E = kT$ in this equation, where $k$ should be some number (constant), do you have any idea? Thanks!

$E = 0.05 T e ^{0.2T}$

$E = a T e^{b T}$, solve for $T$: we get $T = W(bE/a)/b$ . Here $W$ is the Lambert $W$ function. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lambert_W_function
