4002 563/763 01 Bioinformatics Computing II

This course was offered for the first time in Spring 2003. Now in its third incarnation, it is the second computing for bioinformatics courses in the undergraduate bioinformatics program in the College of Science at RIT. We will continue to study techniques for quickly and effectively commandeering computing resources to the solution of problems raised in the realm of biology. This requires development of sophisticated design, analysis, verification, and programming skills.
