This company, run by a woman who worked for the Charles Darwin Research Station and the Glapagos National Park Service, offers tours only to the Galapagos.

Our tour included a day in Quito, Ecuador, seven days aboard a small ship touring several Galapagos islands, plus a day in Puerto Ayora, where the Charles Darwin Research Station is located. It was a great trip, and our guide was fantastic.

Glacier Guides
www.glacierguides.com
1-800-521-7238

Offers whitewater rafting, backpacking, hiking, fishing expeditions in Glacier National Park. We took the 6 day hike/raft combination and enjoyed every minute of it. Our raft trip guides called the trip "float & bloat" because of the types and quantity of food they could bring as compared to the backpacking trip. But both trips were great fun.

Yellowstone Association Institute
www.yellowstoneassociation.org/institute

Offers educational programs in Yellowstone National Park. Our tour, in February, included hiking and skiing as well as travel by van and snow coach. We visited the thermal features, and also saw lots of wildlife (including wolves, coyotes, eagles, bison, elk, and antelope).
