Get Ramsey (or Folkman) Number

(1) Enter the Ramsey number parameters seperated by spaces. Each parameter is in standard graph notation (e.g., K3; W5; K3,3; K3-e; K3+e).
If a parameter,i, is an integer it is assumed to be K_i. Case is insensitive. There must be at least 2 parameters.

(2) Enter the Folkman number parameters seperated by spaces. The first n-1 parameters are the clique parameters, and the last
parameter specifies the clique restriction. There must be at least 3 parameters.

(3) Same as (2)
