I am one of the Systems Analysts for the Computer Science Department at the Rochester Institute of Technology (although I am willing to bet that you knew that). Because of the structure of this department, it is also part time helpd desk, and part time operator. I am currently in charge of maintaining the Sun machines primarily. The other Administrator Sam Waters is the primary contact for the Windows machines. We both try to cover for each other as needed... we watch each other's backs =-]
