tmpfile - create a file to hold data temporarily
creates a new file and opens it for output
using binary update mode ``wb+''.
There is no way to access the temporary file by name.
The file is intended to be used only during the current program's
it is automatically deleted upon program termination.
returns a pointer to the stream of the file that it created.
If the file cannot be created,
returns a null pointer.
If it fails,
is set to indicate the cause of the failure.
will fail if one of the following conditions occur:
An attempt was made to open more than the maximum number of
file descriptors allowed in this process.
Too many files are currently open in the system.
