Help: RAPT Summer Program

 

 

During the summer you may need help, especially with technical issues surrounding the installation of the variety of software being used in this program. Support will be available during normal working hours and sometimes will be available up until 6pm on weekdays. For technical assistance, please contact the following people:

  • For issues involving Unix and general technical questions:

    • System Administration Assistant: 585-475-2079

    • If no answer at above try: 585-475-5254 (for Jim Craig, the system administrator)

    • If it’s an issue that does not need to be resolved ASAP email: problems at cs.rit.edu

 

  • For course-related issues:

    • Jessica Bayliss (professor): 585-475-2507 or jdb at cs.rit.edu

    • Ian Tewksbury (professor’s ass’t): on-line using Breeze, Ventrilo, or iantewk at gmail.com

  • Assistance Hours (contact via Breeze and Ventrilo):


    • Monday : 3:00pm - 4:00pm
    • Tuesday : 4:00pm - 5:00pm
    • Wednesday : 5:00pm - 6:00pm
    • Thursday : 7:00pm - 8:00pm
