Here is the same data expressed as percentages. I do not use norm-referenced grading (the "bell curve"). I use criterion-referenced grading; every student who meets the criterion for an A earns an A, even if that happens to be everyone in the class -- or no one. Overall, 73% of my students have earned an A or a B.
