living_composers -- extract names of composers which lived at a given year
living_composers year file...
living_composers reads the given files subsequently, or, if no file was given, from standard input, and prints out the names of all composers of the input which lived at the given year.
The input is expected to be of the following format. Each line names one composer, followed by at least a space, a time range, and a line terminator. A time range consists of two dates, separated by a dash (without spaces). Each date may be either ``?'' (in case it is unknown), a year, or a full date including day and month (in this order). The second date may be missing if the composer is assumed to live up to today. Entries with question marks in it are suppressed.

An error message is printed for lines which do not follow the specified format.
