Identifiers

*Identifiers start with a letter, and are followed by letters and digits.

*Identifiers must not have the same spelling as keywords (like class, int, or this) or boolean literals (true or false) or null (not seen yet).

*Letters are usually the lowercase and uppercase letters a to z and A to Z. Digits are 0 to 9.

*For historical reasons, Java treats _ (underline) and $ as letters but they should be avoided (the $ is usually reserved to machine generated Java code).

*Java accepts also letters from other alphabets within the Unicode, e.g. \"{Uberflu\ss{}} oder delta. But this is better avoided.

*Two identifiers are considered identical if they consist of the same sequence of Unicode characters, i.e. FuelLog is different from fuelLog.
