Dr. Howles previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Kodak,
a consultant to General Motors and Delco Products, and was a
long-time adjunct at RIT. She is a Certified Software
Quality Engineer (American Society for Quality), and a member of the
editorial review board for the Software Quality Professional Journal.
She holds professional memberships in the American Society for Quality
and the ACM.
