Biography
Roxanne Canosa is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the
Rochester Institute of Technology. Her primary research interest is
in the area of Image Understanding; specifically, designing algorithms for
extracting semantic content from static and dynamic images using statistical
pattern matching techniques and machine learning.
She earned a Ph.D. in Imaging Science from RIT in 2003.
