Mr. Barbano is Vice President and CIO for Enterprise Business Solutions and a member of the Johnson & Johnson Senior IT Leadership Team. In addition Mr. Barbano spent eleven years with IBM as CIO of their Personal Computer Division; and fifteen years on wall street with Merrill Lynch as CIO of their brokerage business. Congratulations to Ithaca High School! Nine teams participated in the annual programming contest held by the Computer Science Department. Students from McQuaid Jesuit, Webster Schroeder, Fairport, West Irondequoit and Ithaca high schools participated. All the teams gave a great effort and worked diligently. The Ithaca team is pictured above with CS Chair Paul Tymann holding their trophy.

Both Computer Science House and Computer Science Community are recipients of $1,500.00 gifts from Google. We are grateful for their generosity and will use the money well.
